Registration Information
In this section please include the names of the people in your family who will be sitting with you in the Sanctuary. Please make sure to list the names of all the individuals within your family who will be attending.

There will be no youth class on Sunday morning at this time.

Please note that children will be going straight to KidsPark upon arrival during this time. Please register them in the separate section below. If you would prefer for your children to sit with you in the sanctuary, please include their names in the top section and not in the KidsPark section below.

KidsPark Registration
In order to attend KidsPark during this time your child must be 3 or older and able to follow our KidsPark physical distancing measures. For more information, or if you have any questions please contact Sara Egely at sara@oakpark.ca.

*Due to Calgary Bylaw 26M2020, masks will be required in KidsPark at this time, unless your child has an underlying medical condition.

Please do not attend if: You have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath, or are a close contact of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days. All other visitors, please wash your hands thoroughly or clean them with hand sanitizer before and after your visit. Please maintain physical distancing of 2 metres during the event. Masks are required to attend this event in compliance with Calgary Bylaw 26M2020. Thank you for your cooperation. Upon arrival for your first Sunday in attendance, you will be asked to sign our Covid-19 waiver.
